This Intensive is a Healing Circle designed for those who are ready to step into a deeper relationship with their own energy, awareness, and inner movement.
It is a space where individuals come together, not to be fixed, but to engage in a process of clearing, realignment, and remembrance. Each participant enters with their own experiences, patterns, and intentions, and within the field of the circle, what is ready to shift begins to surface.
Our work within this Intensive is structured and catalytic in nature. We facilitate clearing of blocks, imprints and resistance held within the energy field, while guiding realignment to support the embodiment of your soul’s mission.
What it may look like in practical terms for you is:
becoming aware of patterns that have been operating beneath the surface;
releasing emotional or energetic weight that has been carried over time;
gaining clarity around situations that have felt stagnant or unresolved;
feeling a renewed sense of connection to your own direction and inner knowing.
This is a group space, yet the process is deeply individual. Each person meets their own edge, in their own timing, while being held within a collective field that supports movement and expansion.
This work is non-invasive, safe, respectful and self-empowering. You are not asked to share beyond what feels true for you. You are not required to process endlessly. You are invited to be present, to engage, and to allow what is ready to shift.
At the same time, this is not a passive experience.
This Intensive is for those who are willing to take responsibility for their own change. It is for individuals who recognize that something within them is ready to move, and are prepared to meet that movement.
What it may look like in practical terms is:
being present with what arises rather than avoiding it;
allowing insight to translate into action;
moving through resistance instead of remaining in observation.
We do not position ourselves as healers who fix. We hold and facilitate a field in which your own system reorganizes and aligns.
The Healing Circle amplifies this process. What one person moves, others recognize. What surfaces in the field creates access points for all who are present.
Engagement in this Intensive occurs within a defined, structured container.
This is not ongoing maintenance work. This is a catalytic space designed to initiate movement, shift patterns, and support alignment within a focused period of time.
If you feel a quiet recognition while reading this, you are likely already in relationship with the work.
With deeply felt gratitude,
Svetlana and Mario Ruggeri

What to Expect
This Integrated Energy Therapy Intensive is held as a safe, trauma-informed, and structured Healing Circle. The space is intentional, contained, and designed to support movement within a defined period of time.
You will be entering a collective field where individual and group processes unfold simultaneously. While each experience is personal, the circle amplifies what is ready to shift.
What it may look like in practical terms:
Arrival into a grounded, intentional space
You will be guided into the container with clarity.
There is no need to prepare beyond arriving present and willing to engage.
Activation of awareness
Patterns, thoughts, emotional responses, or internal tensions may become more visible - what has been operating in the background often comes into the foreground.
Facilitated energetic clearing and realignment
We work directly with the energy field to support clearing of blocks, imprints, and resistance. This may be experienced as shifts in perception, emotional release, physical sensations, or sudden clarity.
Individual process within a group setting
You are not required to share beyond what feels true for you: some participants speak, others move through the process internally. All safe and diversified approaches are valid.
Moments of stillness and integration
There will be space within the Intensive where nothing is required of you except presence. Energy integration in the moment is part of the work.
Movement, not maintenance
This is not a space for ongoing processing or repeated storytelling. The orientation is toward shift, clarity, and forward movement.
After the Intensive
You may leave with a sense of clarity, lightness, or direction. You may also leave aware of changes that require action in your life. The work continues through how you choose to move with what has shifted.
What is required from you:
Willingness to be present with what arises
Personal responsibility for your experience
Openness to movement, even when it feels unfamiliar
This space is designed for those who are ready to engage with themselves directly.
If you are looking for passive healing or to remain where you are, this will feel supercharged.
If you are ready for change, this will feel clear.
You will know which one it is for you.
